What friends and admirers said about the top nurse and unionist on his 60th birthday
The former President, National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), AbdRafiu Alani Adeniji, popularly called the Super Nurse by his admirers, has retired from active duty after meritorious service to his country.
Platforms Africa reports that Adeniji, whose exceptional leadership style and service earned him the national honour and recognition, has clocked the retirement age of 60 years.

He, until his retirement, the Vice President Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).

Colleagues and admirers of Adeniji also know as Tripple A have taken to social media to unveil the Super Nurse they have known for many years.
Christianah Oluwabori Odunewu wrote; “Congratulations Comrade Nurse AbdRafiu Alani Adeniji(mni) on your 60th birthday and Retirement from Civil Service.
“A Nurse per excellence who has over the years distinguished himself as an outstanding leader.
“A unionist with an open door policy, intelligent, hardworking, focused, approachable and humility personified.
“Today as you celebrate your 60th birthday and bow out of active civil service, you are wished the very best.
Rest is sweet after labour. May God grant you long life and good health to enjoy this phase of your life.
“Once again, congratulations to a distinguished Elder statesman!”

Triple A as Adeniji is popularly called was asides being the immediate Past President, National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM). Currently, and the Vice President Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), is also, Representative, West Africa Subregion, Commonwealth Nurses and Midwives Federation (CNMF).
He is a Fellow, West African College of Nursing (FWACN). Fellow, Institute of Corporate Administration.
He is also a member (mni) of the prestigious National Institute of Policies and Strategic Studies, Kuru.
